POLICIES AND FEATURES
Property features: Saddle Creek strives to provide prompt and quality service to its residents. Features vary by unit. All have spacious bedrooms and living area. Many have ceiling fans, wood-floored living areas and ceramic tile in the kitchens. Each unit includes a full-sized washer and dryer, as well as all appliances. Most town homes have second-floor balconies. Lawn care is provided at no extra cost. The town homes of Saddle Creek are located just off South Lamar Boulevard and are convenient to campus, the medical center and highways 6 and 7. Because of its proximity to the highways, it makes getting around Oxford very convenient and all parts of the city are just a few minutes away. Call early to lease for the Fall!
How to get there: From Hwy. 6, take the Lamar Boulevard/Downtown exit. Turn south on Lamar, and follow Lamar south past the hospital and three-way stop, and continue past Azalea Gardens retirement center campus. The entrance to Saddle Creek is to the south of here, on the right. From Highway 7, follow it to Lamar Boulevard. Turn north onto Lamar, and follow it a short distance to the entrance of Saddle Creek, on the left. Turn right at Harris Drive, the first traffic light in front of Applebee's, just up from Nighttown Billiards. Follow Harris Drive about 0.2 mile to Davis Drive. Westwind has two entrances. You can enter Westwind by making the first left past Davis Drive, Or, turn left onto Davis Drive and then immediately turn right onto Michael Drive, the main entrance of Westwind Townhouses.
